Oakdale High School Speech and Debate Team

The Oakdale High School Speech and Debate Team has been competing most of the year and has been winning first, second or third and placing in all their events. The last two tournaments in a row, Oakdale placed 1st for Combined Small School overall sweep. Schools that enter ten or less are considered in this category. On February 4, Oakdale had 3 first places in their events (A Division) and also placed 2nd and 5th.

The Oakdale team consists of Sunshyne Anderson, Ana Reynosa, Brittany Nelson, Christina Davidson, Valerie Zemlyanskaya, and Jonathan Lownsberry.
