of pupil services, including but not limited to those concerning
Special Education, Child Welfare and Attendance, and Health
Services. Related services include Wellness and Nutrition, Home/
Hospital instruction, Homeless and Foster Care registration, Student
Records, Discipline and School Safety, Staff Development in related
areas, and serving as a liaison with local and state agencies in
