Oakdale Joint Unified School District Human Resources Department offers employees, and prospective employees, competitive salary and benefits.  OJUSD is a growing school district with a small town philosophy.  The Human Resources Department is responsible for nearly 500 certificated and classified staff District-wide. 

The District participates in programs to help develop the educator and the support staff, and strongly encourages professional growth. 

The District currently accepts up to fourteen (14) fully-credentialed years of experience for placement on the Certificated Salary Schedule and a competitive benefits program for all full-time staff.

The Human Resources Department deals with all employment issues including, but not limited to, employee complaint procedures, contract negotiations, recruitment and retention, worker’s compensation, as well as separation of employment.
